The venue was clean and fairly large. The staff were ready to help with all my questions. Booked Wheelchair Accessible room with outside air from coming in and tub and a very confortable king-size bed, which I really appreciated. The hotel's location was favourable, next to restaurant and the new tower where the "superior " rooms are. The food they offered was excellent, had a wide range of meals.
Unfortunately internet was terrible.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay. The hot water system took a while to heat up, which was a bit inconvenient, especially when wanting a hot shower.
